The Weekend's Best Sales + What I'm Buying
There are a lot of Friends & Family sales going on this weekend, and a lot of sale on sales as well! Retailers are bringing out the spring styles and trying to get rid of the winter styles, so it's a great time to grab some boots or a coat on super sale! On top of that, you can snag some new styles for the warmer weather at the Friends and Family sales going on. I am trying to buy less this spring, and focus on key items that I can keep for years such as a linen blazer, black jumpsuit, and a jean jacket. What pieces are you eyeing for this spring? Any trends you're dying to try? Let me know in the comments!

One-Piece Swimsuits
Spring arrivals are here in full swing, and the thing I have my eye on the most are on-piece swimsuits. They are flattering on every body all year, and they're so easy to throw on and go. I'm dying over this black and white colorblocked number and can't wait for it to go on sale! And Kiini has a ton of great options on sale right now in all colors and styles. I've always loved their bohemian vibe and might have to snatch one up! For those on a budget, Aerie has great swimsuits and their one-pieces are only $30 this weekend!
Madewell New Arrivals
My Madewell love affair continues well into this season. I don't know how they do it, but they always manage to blend casual vibes and class so effortlessly. Their new stripe and orchid print is definitely one of my favorites, and I snagged the wrap top during this last sale. Plus, can we talk about how gorgeous the color of this zigzag sweater is?? It's perfect for spring!
Likely Dresses
Likely is one of my favorite brands for dresses lately. They have a Elizabeth and James meets Cinq à Sept feel, but at a more affordable price. They run around $200 full-price, but you can easily snag them for under $100 on sale! Rent the Runway also has some dresses by Likely that you can rent for under $50. I have found that the material they use for their dresses is thick enough to hold everything in and smooth everything out - perfect for weddings! I picked up a few styles to try at Saks' F&F sale and am excited to try them! This black lace number is to die for!
Summer Sandals
One thing I am trying to do better on this year is to buy less shoes of higher quality. I'd rather have a few great shoes that I love and go with lots of outfits, as opposed to the more the merrier. Sezane has been a go-to shoe brand for me for a while, and I love how their shoes constantly hold up. But can we also talk about these adorable gingham tie flats??
J Crew Blazers
There's no doubt in my mind that J Crew reigns in the mid-range blazer business. They have such great blazer staples, but have slowly been adding in some twists to their classics. I'm loving their new sweater blazers, and they are one of my favorite new pieces. I also have my eye on this linen blazer - how cute would it be over summer dresses with espadrilles?!
ZAC Zac Posen Eartha
I've got a middle school-level crush on ZAC Zac Posen Eartha bags. They are a bag I could buy in every color and style and I still wouldn't tire of them! I prefer to wear basic clothes while spicing it up a bit with my accessories, so an embellished purse is a must-have for me. I'm loving this burgundy color and I can see it going with so many great items this spring, and this floral strap is to die for!
A Killer Jumpsuit
Jumpsuits are all the rage this season, and I'm ready to fully hop on that bandwagon. I've been on the lookout for a great black jumpsuit, and I think I found it with this one. It's not on sale yet, but I'll be keeping my eye out. I love how the side slits in the legs give it a sexy edge, but it's still work appropriate. I'm also in the love with the print and shoulder ties on this jumpsuit! It'll be so easy to throw on and go this summer.
