The Cold Shoulder
I have finally jumped on the cold shoulder bandwagon. I have actually been looking for a great top or dress for a while, but just didn't find one I loved or that was in my price range. This dress from Zara is under $23 (!!!), comes in three colors, and is actually super comfortable and well-made! It fit the bill. Pair that with gold accessories and berry sandals, and I'm sold.
