I’m actually really excited that polka dots are back in style - they’re such a fun pattern that adds a touch of whimsy to an outfit, but can still look polished.
I’ve chatted about leopard print and how it has shown its staying power this season, but all the animal prints have been coming out to play it seems. Snake print in particular is having its moment, and I’m loving the subtly of the print on this pleated skirt.

This past weekend was sunny and 70 degrees out, so we took that opportunity to get some blog photos done while my grandparents watched Naomi. I can’t believe I’m only just posting our gender announcement! We have known for a couple months now what we’re having and I think it makes it feel much more real. We already have a name picked out and have just finished up the registry too, building the anticipation and excitement even more!

I mentioned a few weeks ago on Instagram that I have finally gotten my first denim jacket EVER! For so long I just didn't think a denim jacket fit into my style and I wasn't able to find one that made me feel feminine, yet minimalist.
